1. Who provides the game

Golden Carrack is provided by Concat, trading as CONCAT Games, at Jagiellońska 34, 05-120 Legionowo, Poland. Contact: help@concatgames.eu.

These terms cover the game on supported mobile and desktop platforms. Availability, compatibility and pricing are shown in the relevant store listing. Your purchase is also governed by the terms of the store or seller from which you obtain the game.

2. Your licence to play

Subject to the applicable purchase or download terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial use on devices permitted by the store’s usage rules, including any applicable family-sharing rights.

You must not unlawfully redistribute the game, bypass lawful licence protections or infringe the rights of others. Restrictions on copying, modification, decompilation or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law; statutory exceptions remain available.

The game, artwork, music and other assets are owned by Concat or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable notices and licences. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party assets.

3. Purchases, refunds and consumer rights

Any price is disclosed before you purchase. Installing or playing the game does not authorise us to impose undisclosed charges. The store or seller handles payment and its refund process; we do not collect payment-card details through the game.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming digital content, required updates and available remedies remain in force. Depending on applicable law, remedies can include bringing the game into conformity, a price reduction or termination and a refund. Store refund procedures do not remove those rights.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it can be lost for immediately supplied digital content only when the legal requirements, including the necessary express consent and acknowledgement, are met. Merely reading these terms is not a waiver of that right.

4. Playing the game and local saves

The game does not require a Concat account. It has no public posting, player-chat or user-content hosting service. Computer-controlled opponents are part of the local gameplay.

Progress and settings are saved locally. Keep a separate copy of important saves where possible; uninstalling the game, clearing device storage or replacing a device can affect local progress. A save is not automatically backed up to a Concat server.

Use a supported device and follow the store’s age rating and parental controls. Where local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to enter into a contract, obtain that permission. The GDPR’s rules on consent to data processing do not themselves set a universal minimum age for playing this game.

5. Updates and changes

Updates may correct bugs, improve compatibility or adjust gameplay. Install updates needed for safe and proper use. Any obligation to provide updates under applicable law remains unaffected.

Compatibility requirements and material changes will be communicated through appropriate release or store information. Where the law requires notice, a valid reason, continued access or a remedy for a change, those requirements apply. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to withdraw a paid game or remove your statutory remedies.

6. Contact and bug reports

For help or complaints, use our contact form or email help@concatgames.eu. A game version, device model and steps to reproduce a problem are helpful. Send only files you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal information. Do not send malicious files, spam or unlawful material.

You retain ownership of any screenshots, descriptions or other material you submit. You permit us to use that material only as needed to investigate and respond to your request, including fixing the reported problem. Sending a report does not grant us a general marketing licence to your content. Our Privacy Policy explains how correspondence is handled.

7. Responsibility

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We do not guarantee that the game will be entirely free of bugs or compatible with every device, but this does not exclude any promised features, legal guarantees or remedies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other matters protected by mandatory law. We do not impose a blanket cap reducing your consumer remedies to the price of the game.

8. Ending use and licence breaches

You may stop playing and uninstall the game at any time. Uninstalling does not in itself create or remove a refund entitlement.

Any termination of the licence for a material breach must comply with applicable law. Where the breach can be remedied and notice is required, you will be given notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Discontinuing future development does not, by itself, revoke an otherwise valid licence to an installed copy.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of the law that applies in their country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to use an otherwise inapplicable exclusive court.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using available legal remedies or consumer-assistance services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal requirements or changes to the game. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; posting new text does not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where legally possible.
